Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the meeting-scheduling service at meet.ahmamed.dev (the “Service”), operated by Abdelmounaim Hmamed (“I”, “me”). By creating an account or booking a meeting, you agree to these terms.

The service

The Service lets you view my availability and book meetings with me, in your own time zone. Meetings are subject to availability and may be confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled as described below.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no spam or fraudulent bookings, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, and nothing unlawful. I may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Bookings, rescheduling & cancellations

• A booking reserves a specific time slot; the same slot can’t be booked twice.
• You can reschedule or cancel from your dashboard, subject to the notice window shown.
• Repeated no-shows may result in losing access to booking.

Third-party services

Meetings may use Google Meet, and emails are sent via a third-party provider. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms. See the Privacy Policy for the providers involved.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. I don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

Changes & termination

I may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. You can stop using the Service at any time, and I may suspend access for breaches of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
