Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the meeting-scheduling service at meet.ahmamed.dev collects, why, and your choices. The data controller is Abdelmounaim Hmamed ([email protected]).

Data I collect

• Account — name, email, your chosen time zone, and a securely hashed password (I never store your plain password).
• Bookings — the meeting type, time, and any note you add.
• Technical / security — IP address, browser/device (user-agent), and sign-in / sign-out events, used for the security log.

How I use it

• To provide the scheduling service and manage your bookings.
• To send booking confirmations and reminders.
• To secure the Service and prevent abuse (the activity log).

Legal basis

I process this data to perform the service you request (contract) and, for the consent you give at sign-up, on the basis of that consent.

Service providers

Data is processed by a small number of providers acting on my behalf:

• Neon — database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Google — Google Meet links and, if you choose it, Google sign-in.
• Brevo — sending confirmation and reminder emails.

Cookies

I use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Retention

Account and booking data is kept while your account exists. Security-log entries are kept for a limited period (around 180 days) and then removed.

Your rights

You can view and update your name and time zone from your profile. To access, correct, export, or delete your data, email [email protected]and I’ll action it.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to data is limited to operating the Service.

Children

The Service isn’t intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

I may update this policy; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
